Take exit 59 Ocean Avenue, Merge onto Expressway Drive South, At the next light turn right onto Ocean Avenue (South). In less than a mile, bear left onto Lakeland Avenue (Route 93) South, Cross Veterans Memorial Highway (NY Route 454) and Cross Sunrise Highway (NY Route 27). After crossing Sunrise Highway (Lakeland Avenue becomes Rail Road Avenue near the rail road crossing), in approximately 2 miles turn right onto Montauk Highway West (Route 27A or Route 85) (two way road, not a highway). In less than a mile at signal after the fire station, turn right onto Tyler Avenue before the CVS Pharmacy. Before the end of the block, turn right into the Sayville Church parking lot (before Union Street). 

Take exit 59 Ocean Avenue, Merge onto Expressway Drive North, At the next light turn left onto Ocean Avenue (South). Follow the direction above from Ocean Avenue South.

Take Exit 45E (sign shows East / 27A / Eastern Long Island). Route 27A or Route 85 East is Montauk Highway (two way road, not a highway). Keep driving on is Montauk Highway for 5 miles. Turn left onto Tyler Avenue at the CVS Pharmacy. Before the end of the block, turn right into the Sayville Church parking lot (before Union Street).

Take Long Island Expressway (I-495) in the eastbound direction and follow the direction shown above.
